We also collect limited technical information such as device type and app version to keep the service working and secure.

Information is used to provide the GM5 experience: showing your own patterns and progress, enabling the connections you choose, and improving the product.
Artificial intelligence may assist with personalizing the experience. It does not replace clinical frameworks and does not provide independent emotional or medical advice.
Sharing and consent
Your reflections are not shared with Companions unless you choose to share them. You decide who joins your support network and you can remove access at any time.
We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
GM5 uses secure data storage and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information held.
Information is retained for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting GM5.
Website analytics and advertising tags are only active where GM5 has configured them; no third-party tracking scripts load by default.
