GM5 — Give Me Five
Support network

Wellbeing doesn't have to be carried alone.

Unlike many digital wellbeing solutions, GM5 places human connection at the center of the experience. Every Seeker builds a circle of Companions they choose themselves.

Two roles

Seekers and Companions.

Seeker

The person checking in. A Seeker decides who to invite, what to share and when to remove access. Nothing leaves your account without your say.

  • Owns the check-in history
  • Invites and removes Companions
  • Controls what each Companion sees

Companion

Someone the Seeker trusts — a parent, partner, friend, mentor or coach. Companions are there to notice, encourage and stay in touch.

  • Sees only what's shared with them
  • Can reach out through secure messaging
  • Supports without needing to fix
How connection works

Consent first, always.

01

Invite

Choose the people you'd genuinely want to hear from on a hard week.

02

Consent

Set what each Companion can see. Access is granted deliberately, not by default.

03

Notice

Companions see the signals you've chosen to share, so nothing has to be announced.

04

Reach out

Secure messaging keeps the conversation going between check-ins.

Every conversation can change a life.

Start with one check-in and one person you trust.
